What LED colors are available?
You can choose from between 4 available colors; white, red, green and blue.
What kind of images can be engraved?
Only black and white logo can be engraved. Greyscale or colored images cannot be engraved.
Why does your case look different from those elsewhere?
We design our own cases and have features available on other cases. We have a front sliding panel for easy loading of your figurine.
Also, our design allows for our cases to be flat packed as individual panels, hence reducing the risk of it breaking during shipping compared to ready assembled cases.
How do I assemble the case?
You can check the assembly instructions HERE. No tools and/or glue are required for assembly.

How do I add an image to engrave?
Click on the “CUSTOMIZE” button below the product description.
Upload your at the left column.
Select your image and adjust the position on the main canvas.
You can engrave on either the front or back panel of your display case.
What are the available sizes?
There are 2 standard sizes available;
Small case; 15cm X 15cm X 20cm (L X W X H)
Large case; 20cm X 20cm X 25cm (L X W X H)
What do I have to do after making payment?
Nothing! We will email you with the tracking number when the completed product has been shipped!
How long does production take?
Production will usually be completed within 5 working days.
Custom Case
How do I place a Custom Case order?
Indicate your required custom display case dimensions (L X W X H) and customize your display case by selecting your LED color and uploading your engraving image.
Proceed to checkout and wait for our email with a quote and design mockup. We will contact you via email within 2 working days.
Procced with payment and wait for the item to arrive!
How do I specify the shape of my display case?
Click on the “CUSTOMIZE” button below the product description.
Choose the estimated shape of your display case from the left column. Choose from between a square, vertical or horizontal shape.
How do I add an image to engrave?
After selecting your display case shape, select the “ADD IMAGE” option at the left column.
Upload your image.
Select your image and adjust the position on the main canvas.
You can engrave on either the front or back panel of your display case.
What is the biggest case I can order?
Our biggest custom display case dimension is;
30cm X 30cm X 40cm (L X W X H) or 30 cm X 40cm X 30cm (L X W X H)
What do I have to do after submitting a quotation request?
Check your email within 2 days after submitting a quotation request! We will email you the mock up design and a link to proceed with the payment.
What do I have to do after making payment?
Nothing! We will email you with the tracking number when the completed product has been shipped!

How will my case be shipped?
All cases will be sent via registered mail with Singpost. For customers residing outside of Singapore, cases will be sent via registered airmail with Singpost.

Your case will be sent out within 5 working days upon order confirmation.

Shipping time will vary based on your country.
