How do I place an order?
Our display case and LED base can be ordered directly through our website, or via our Amazon shop. All orders are ultimately processed by Amazon.
Our custom engraved panels are ordered and customised directly through our website only.
I placed an order for a display case with customised engraving and a LED base. Why are my orders shipped separately?
Our Display Case and LED Base are shipped via Amazon FBA in order to reduce overall shipping costs, which is passed on to you.
Our custom engraved panels are shipped directly from Singapore because each engraving is unique. Due to this, each custom engraved panel is processed and shipped separately from the Display Case and LED Base.

What are the available sizes?
We currently have 3 available sizes.

Why are the panels of the case brown/frosted and not transparent as depicted?
There is a frosted / brown protective sheet on both sides of each acrylic panel that needs to be removed before assembly. The frosted / brown protective sheet is to reduce damage during shipping
Why did you use white studs, and not clear studs?
We have tested several different types of studs, and found that the white plastic studs are the most durable in use. During the trial, the clear plastic studs are more brittle due to the composition of the material used, and are easily broken in use.

I assembled the case wrongly. How do I rectify it?
Each stud can be pushed out from the inside by pressing the centre pin with your fingernail or a thin hard object. The stud can then be removed and reattached again without damage.
Do contact us at support@ledisplaycase.com if you have difficulties in doing so. Do not pry open the panels or drill out the studs as this may cause irreparable damage to the case.
LED BASE
How are the LEDs powered?
The LED base has to be connected to a power source via the USB A to magnetic head cable we provide. There is no internal battery for the LED base, and it cannot be turned on without connecting to a power source.
Why do you use a proprietary magnetic connector?
As the LEDs are prone to damage with excessive voltage, the proprietary connectors are a way to limit the voltage and avoid damage to the LED base.
What should I do if I lose the USB cable?
The power cable is available from various online retailers. Contact us at support@ledisplaycase.com and we will send you a link to purchase a spare cable.
How do you change the color of the LEDs?

Why are some of the LEDs not lit?
You will need to input the correct number of LEDs for the size of your base on the app. Once set, you can adjust the chosen lighting again and it should light up correctly. You can find the number of LEDs in the LED base operation instructions HERE.
How do I assemble the case with the LED base?

Why is there some free play when assembling the case with the LED base?
We intentionally designed some free play between the case and the LED base to allow easy installation and removal. Without this free play, installation will be much more difficult for users. This does not affect the functionality of the LED base in any way.
Custom Engraving
How do I add a custom engraving to my case?
You can place an order through our website and upload your desired logo. Once the engraving has bene completed, we will send you a new engraved panel for your existing case. There is no need to send over your existing case to us for the engraving, nor return the spare panel.
What can I engrave?
We can only engrave single colored line art/logo. We will not be able to engrave grayscale or full colored images.
How do I assemble the engraved acrylic sheet with the case?

What should I expect after ordering a custom engraved panel?
After we receive your design, we will check the uploaded lineart/logo to ensure that it meets our design requirements before proceeding with the engraving process.
Once the engraving is in progress, any amendments to the image will be treated as a separate order.
In the event that we are unable to engrave your lineart/logo because of design concerns, we will reach out to you via email. Do note that if we are unable to contact you within 3 working days, we will refund the order.

How will my case be shipped?
All cases will be sent via registered mail with Singpost. For customers residing outside of Singapore, cases will be sent via registered airmail with Singpost.
When will my case be shipped?
Your case will be sent out within 5 working days upon order confirmation.
What is the shipping delivery time?
Shipping time will vary based on your country.
Customers residing in Singapore can expect to receive within 2 working days.
